「Our room was very nice and the amenities were great. Full size fridge, nice comfy queen bed. Very convenient to our objective locations. Staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and really helpful. Breakfast every morning was very nice. 10/10!」

「The cottage is an older structure that has been impeccably renovated. It had everything we needed for a week's stay. Colonial Beach is not a glamorous ocean holiday destination. It is a rural community with a basic infrastructure on the Potomac River.」

We were visiting from Indiana to attend my son and his wife’s baby shower! The hosts had little snacks, coffee, beach towels, etc at the ready. Everything was so clean and comfortable!
