「Even though I had and paid for the night's stay I was turned away because the clerk said she had no rooms. When I told her I had a reservation with Expedia she said "well, that's something you'll have to take up with Expedia" and as such I ended up paying $80 more at the Holiday Inn who were excellent! This place, a total ZERO!! Buyer beware about a place who doesn't regard the customer with reservations any help or explanation.」

「We were initially happy with the our hotel selection based on location and style, but on on second day, we were woken up very early in the morning due to construction right over and around our room. Nowhere online when we were booking our trip was there any mention of construction during our trip. We would have not booked this hotel had we known about construction.
