The rooms were a good size and having a garden that had direct access to a little kids play park was great for our 4 year old. Bus stops outside make it convenient for getting around. "Hotels.com messed up. Was never allowed to check in because the apartment owner demanded to be paid directly and not by the Hotels.com and that is after paying hotels.com upfront. I just want my money refunded. Period. "

"The host of this property ignored all messages in the week building up to the stay, requesting check in information! On the day of check in, i called the contact number, it rang and i left a VM, after that they turned the phone off all day!! I was left stranded in London without accomodation. Thankfully Expedia found me alternate accomodation, but it ruined my travel plans due to the stess caused!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!"
