「We hadxa wonderful stay at Harlinger Lodge Annexe. The accommodation was spotlessly clean with all modern amenities. The bed aas very comfortable.The surrounding area was very quiet. 」

「Hotels.com messed up. Was never allowed to check in because the apartment owner demanded to be paid directly and not by the Hotels.com and that is after paying hotels.com upfront. I just want my money refunded. Period. 」

「The host of this property ignored all messages in the week building up to the stay, requesting check in information! On the day of check in, i called the contact number, it rang and i left a VM, after that they turned the phone off all day!! I was left stranded in London without accomodation. Thankfully Expedia found me alternate accomodation, but it ruined my travel plans due to the stess caused!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!」

「The property was fine for what we needed it for, a one night stay before the London Marathon. It needs some repairs and has some sections in the bathroom and kitchen held filled with exposed expanding foam. The floor is coming up in the kitchen in one corner. Overall it does the job but isn’t in the best condition. 」

「Unsafe, unclean. We abandoned the property as soon as we could.」
