「I chose this property because of transport convenience and price. Underground & train station are 2 minutes walk away, supermarket is right next door. Abbey Wood is a depressed and depressing location (apart from the beautiful woodland & ruined abbey nearby) - but this is not the property's fault. Apartment needed more kitchen items - knives, teaspoons, crockery. Carpet in main bedroom is quite damaged & there were minor maintenance & cleanliness issues. There is no on-site carparking at...

「The host of this property ignored all messages in the week building up to the stay, requesting check in information! On the day of check in, i called the contact number, it rang and i left a VM, after that they turned the phone off all day!! I was left stranded in London without accomodation. Thankfully Expedia found me alternate accomodation, but it ruined my travel plans due to the stess caused!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!」

「No one took care of our check in. We waited for the staff to come for an hour in the rain but still no one showed up. Finally he guided on the phone to get in the apartment. This is ridiculous! The kitchenwares were all very dirty which couldn't be used if we didn't wash it ourselves. But there was no detergent provided. The washing machine and the toaster were very so dirty that we didn't try to use them. However the cleaning charge of £50 was still charged! We asked the staff to come twice...
