The hotel is in an excellent location close to all sights and public transport. As soon as you walk into the reception area you are welcomed by an amazing scent and a very relaxed vibe. The room was perfect for a solo traveller or couple with everything you need. Would book it again.

We had a wonderful stay at the Ibis Greenwich. The hotel was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The location is fantastic — within easy walking distance of Greenwich’s attractions, shops, restaurants, and public transport, making it the perfect base for exploring London … and free wifi, which was great as we were here from Australia! The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the whole experience was hassle-free from check-in to check-out. Great value for money, comfortable rooms, and an excellent location. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Greenwich.

Hotel is fine for one night and staff are good, Rooms are clean and tidy but hotel is built with prebuilt pod type bathrooms that creak and groan when you move around, not an issue until one of you goes to the bathroom in the middle of the night. Don’t believe the TV screen that says you can cast to the TV, you can’t, thought this was a fault but staff said casting isn’t enabled. Was fine for one night but wouldn’t stay again.

We were very pleased with our stay at the Ibis Greenwich. The location was excellent for the O2. All staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and well maintained. Beds and pillows were so comfy. I would definitely recommend the hotel and will be back again.

The stay in the IBIS Greenwich was average. The beds were comfy, the room was clean. Majority of the staff were lovely and professional. We booked the hotel several weeks ago, however the day before we noticed that had we booked last minute we would have saved over £100 on exactly the same rooms. This left a sour taste, as despite being central, realistically it was not worth the money we initially paid.

Nice hotel, great location. Friends stayed in the newly upgraded room which was a lot nicer than the room I was placed in. Once all rooms have been upgraded to the new design this would be great.
