"Overall, our stay was okay. The atmosphere and vibes of the hotel were immaculate, and the property itself was beautiful. Unfortunately, our experience was overshadowed by an issue with the cleanliness of our room. We found blood on our bed sheets, which was very concerning.

"Got an email from the hotel with some discounts to use during our stay, and the pool was a bit over crowded but nothing big, kids enjoyed the slides. Just wished for some shade, but they did let me bring a umbrella in to use the second day. We had 2 different reservations and we got to stay in the same room. Staff was helpful is that situation considering it was busy weekend."
