「The carpets needed vacuumed. They are dirty with what looks like trash and crumbs yet there are cleaning staff walking over them regularly. We saw them coming in and out of their closets on our hall. Got no sleep because whoever was next door had their tv on all night. Once we left our room to check out the next morning, their room had a “dnd sleep during the day” sign.」

「Spacious room with a good sized bathroom and a full kitchen. Staff was very helpful and courteous. 2 parking options: one in a next door lot ($27/night but not guaranteed space, operated by a parking vendor) and an adjacent garage with dedicated spaces for $30/night. Breakfast was pretty standard but good. Large lounge area with additional courtyard seating, but no on site bar or restaurant. Very convenient, safe location with tons of walkable dining options and the Slugger Museum/factory was...

「Downtown but not in an area I want to walk around. Homelessness surrounding the hotel and some seedy businesses. Overall safer than some other cities but still not an area I was super comfortable with. It was good for a 1 night stay. Clean, decent breakfast with a nice view. Staff were very helpful.」

「Poor breakfast options and some were awful. Bathroom is small and tub is slippery and awkward. It's also one of those hotels which seemingly have a strict no check-in before check in time policy. It was a disappointing stay.」
