「Absolutely a beautiful comfy place to stay.」

「The bed was terrible. They finally moved me to another room, and things improved a little; however, the noise from the cleaning staff in the mornings was terrible—it was impossible to get any rest. I don't like leaving negative reviews, but they really need to make improvements.」

Our biggest problem was not getting any hot water in the shower or the bathroom sink tap even after letting the water run for 20 minutes with the knob turned to the max on the right hand side (tried other settings too). And the bnb message about the access code did not arrive “within 48h of check-in” as given in the Expedia description, but just 5 hours before check-in,...

「Pleasantly surprised by this hotel. From the outside didn’t look anything special, more like a 2 star hotel. Inside was very clean, staff was extremely helpful, positive, with a constant smile on their face, ready to help in any moment. My stay was during the Kentucky derby and even though the hotel was full, staff was still friendly. Breakfast was fresh and tasty and the room was very clean. Great place.」

「This hotel is in need of updating and repairs. The pool was closed. The workout room had minimal equipment. Our hotel room A/C wasn’t working very well. The hotel is west of the bridge from downtown which is a convenient location, but the surrounding neighborhood doesn’t seem very safe.」

「Well located B&B in old Louisville. Rooms were clean and well equipped. Breakfast each morning was a culinary treat! Truly delicious food. Annette, our Innkeeper, was absolutely delightful. She was helpful and informative. The carpet in 3rd floor bedrooms are overdue for replacement. But it is a charming property. We also had James working at the inn during our stay, and he was very helpful as well. Staff that we interacted with were outstanding.」

「The front desk staff was super helpful, the maids were too! Very pleasantly surprised at how perfect the room was for our quick Kentucky Derby trip. Breakfast was a quick stop for delicious packaged pastries and coffee which was so much better than the cheap instant eggs some places serve! Such a delightful surprise!」
