「This hotel is extra awesome! The staff is beyond amazing. When I did a marker to make sure my son didn’t lose his things during his first dorm experience, Dezere was right there. Keeping us feed, encouraged and excited to tell the stories of our day was Brittney! Robbie in the morning was a breath of fresh air and when I couldn’t find my son at breakfast one morning he called in the men’s bathroom for me to see if he was there. 「The breakfast was fantastic, nice selection and very good. A/C worked better than expected in the rooms. Room was clean, room cleaners took away used towels but did not restock each day, we had to ask for more towels down at the check in desk. Cleaners also did not empty trash receptacles each day. But for the most part was a pleasant stay.」

The AC worked but didn't seem like it cooled the room off fast. It wasn't hot but it didn't get cold. Indiana Caverns was a short distance away and it's worth going to if you like caves. 「Don’t do it it! Holes in the towels, dirty floors, towel rack fell off when trying to hang towel. So many smoking outside the front automatic doors that the entire lobby, including the breakfast area smelled like smoke, but there really was nothing to eat in the breakfast area because they didn’t have any food at 8 o’clock in the morning.」

「We checked in around midnight. Front desk person gave us room 104 first. We went in and it smell smokes. I kept going back so many times to get new rooms. They all smell smoke. After 4th room, we just decided to stay and be done with it. All 4 rooms smell smokes. It appeared that all rooms are smoking rooms even through it states that it is a non smoking rooms. We were not able to sleep at all. It was so miserable. It is near the freeway which do not bother us. Smell of smoke inside the room...
