"The room and facility were amazing. Checkout time on the door was incorrect though and we found that out the unpleasant way. Room service started knocking on and opening the door at 9am. This continued until 11:15 three different times when a manager came up and asked if we were leaving and we told them that we had till noon per the plaque on the door. They then went on to tell us it was 11am checkout time and that they had not updated the door plaque. It was on them. Honestly would have been a...

"Lot’s of good things to say about this hotel. Also some opportunities. The hotel is modern and clean and conveniently located near freeways, shopping and food. Had to wait 15-20 minutes for elevators. Seems like large groups love to book this hotel. "

"Everything was perfect except for check in. Arrived at 2:50 prior to normal schedule check in time at 3pm. Our suite wasnt ready. Didnt receive my keycard until a hour later. The hotell was either short staffed or they were just taking their sweet ole time. "
