「I was surprised by this property in the best way! Perfect for a little get away! Everything you need in one place! Very clean! Great food and drinks! Perfect beach access!」

「The smell of mildew and smoke hit you as soon walked in. Rooms smelled, were dirty (found used popsicle sticks & vapes in room) saw a roach. We checked out immediately」

「Super cute hotel. We only had a quick overnite stay so didn't take advantage of pool or fitness center. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was basic but sufficient. Nice strong coffee. Front desk very nice.」

「I really enjoyed this stay a great deal and would stay there again given the opportunity. The hotel is 169 years old, is a historic landmark, and history seems to come alive in the place. Due I think to the holiday weekend, the staff were difficult to get on the phone for questions; but they were very helpful and friendly when I finally got them. Location was excellent, with easy walking access to many downtown restaurants and shops. Due to its closeness to bars, there was the sound of music...

「The rooms were tiny my bathtub had two cracks in it that had silicone in the bottom of it that was stick to the bottom of your feet when you took a shower the tub leaked all over the floor no comforters on the bed the refrigerator wouldn't barely get cold the TV has like 15 channels the pictures online do not match the motel the whole first and second floor smells like mold and mildew and the hot tub didn't get hot I'll never stay there again and I would advise you not to either」

「Stated check in was at 4pm. Got there around 4:15 and they were saying the room wasn't ready and that anytime between 4 and 6pm for check in. The reservation stated a queen size bed and it was not queen size. It had a full size bed in. I have stayed 4 times at Villas and this was probably the worst experience I have had with them. The check in guy had no personality and wasn't pleasant at all.」
