「Let’s start with the good: The location is perfect, close to everything we planned to do: the beach, the aquarium, the Selena Museum, restaurants, and more. The room and bathroom were clean, and the gym and laundry room were a great size, which helped a lot since we have little ones. 「It was a great stay. Clean room, great breakfast.」

「The pictures in the app are misleading. It’s a runned down property that got a facelift. Our door did not properly close due to the floor being crooked, which was a major safety concern. The room was dirty. Pool was cold, doesn’t seem like the heater was working. But the absolute worst was having to shower with cold water, when I asked about it at the front desk, they told me I could talk to the manager the next morning. 」
