「My family and I were in town for graduation and we absolutely loved the hotel. Everything was wonderful!!!! Check in was very easy and quick, room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great, good variety and nice seating area. We needed extra towels and bedding for the sofa bed and within 2 minutes of speaking with the housekeeping supervisor, we had exactly what we needed. We had an overall great experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel. 10/10」

「The room we were checked into was very moldy smelling. They moved us into a new room with a strong smell but it wasn’t moldy smelling. The couple of times we needed something we had to chase the manager down outside the hotel, he was never at the desk. We had to ask at the desk for towels for the pool per the signage at the pool room. One of the cleaning ladies eventually came by the front desk and helped me because the manager had disappeared again. I had been looking for him for ten minutes. I...
