「The room was very clean & staff very friendly 」

「My room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the staff was incredibly friendly. With all things considered, this hotel was exceptional on the terms of a budget stay.」

「Roaches in the room upon arrival, housekeeping didn't service the room during my stay (4 days) ran out of toiletries and paper had to go buy some, had to re-use bath towels, bedding wasn't changed during my stay. Continental breakfast was a joke 2 choices of cereal, bananas, bagels or toast, only had apple juice because machine was broken. However the bed was comfortable, hot shower, pretty much a one night only hotel. Probably find somewhere else to stay next time I come to town.」

The breakfast was good and had a variety of options, including a waffle maker. The next time we’re in town, we’ll definitely stay there again」

「This is the first time I have ever left a negative review on anything. However, it is warranted. We had issues with the air and the lights. There was apparently a short in the bathroom light fixture. It would not work most of the time. Also, my son slipped and fell in the shower. It was extremely slippery with no slip-resistant adhesives to prevent sliding. When we asked to file an accident report, they could not find the official paperwork and asked us to write down our information on a random...

「Friendly service from the moment we walked in and the rooms were spotless and the complimentary breakfast was exceptionally delicious and a great selection of items to choose from! Very quiet but in the entertainment district lots of shops, restaurants, etc」

「The staff was great. Everyone was pleasant and polite. The room was great and the bed is extremely comfortable! One problem was the toilet had a leak in the tank. (Not on the floor!) it made gurgle noises thru the night. The phone & radio didn’t work. We were in the room a short time, only at night, so I didn’t bother to report it. but did give them a note when we checked out. The breakfast was excellent!! 」
