「3 pillows on each queen bed for 4 adults….not enough. And then when we call for more there are no more :( disappointed. Tv had very limited options. Sheets were eh. I’ve stayed at begged la quintas so I had high expectations but was slightly let down. Overall not bad, just not what I was expecting. 」

「One of the best experiences that I’ve had with a hotel, they let us check in early after I had surgery. It was extremely modern clean and professional people were so gracious and nice even at the breakfast morning before we left. If I can give them 20 stars I would your front office Staff the gentleman working the breakfast the cleanliness everything was top-notch thank you so much and if I go to Birmingham, you’re my first choice. ! What a wonderful crew you have.」

「It was a little outdated and run down for the price. Nice bed and clean sheets. A lot of furniture stacked around. Lobby area looked very nice. The breakfast was ok. 」

「The hotel was clean inside. Outside of the hotel we encountered a homeless man urinating on the sidewalks right after we checked in. I was frightened for our safety because of this. There was no parking on site and we had to pay to park close by. The area we parked in was dark and smelled of urine. 」
