「Key room doest work wasted almost 3 hours with long journey. No sufficient staff. Looked like there is only 1 person for all needs. Just a hype to look old and characteristic hotel. I have been to many such celebrated hotel older then this and it is well maintained and have caring staff to take care of hotel.」

「Good clean hotel to stay for a night, a bit pricey but everything is in Scotland. There was an elevator which was nice. Parking was included and since we were leaving super early the next morning they offered us a to-go meal since we were missing breakfast.」
