床與洗手間都清潔，唯獨企缸去水處有些慢，熱水時熱時轉冷，2人床只得一張單人椅，另一人要企或坐床，希望這些能改善，大致上都尚好

Met our needs but we aren’t fussy. Busy weekend due to international marathon. This place is quite run down and not in best area of Inverness. Loud partying in streets at night. Only a couple of blocks to nicer shops and restaurants though. One block from train station.

Nice room, two twin beds, excellent toilet/shower. Quiet, but there are squawking seagulls. They're everywhere. Breakfast was decent with coffee, juice, fruit... A little overloaded on the bread. Check-in desk is closed, but staff appeared promptly when called.

It’s an okay place to stay, room was not the most clean but for one night it worked, sheets had stains and we found small hair strands on the bed, breakfast was okay, very simple not much to choose. Overall a okay place for us since we just stayed one night:)

Found bed bugs in the bathroom and pulled apart the sheets to find bed bugs in the new mattress. Apparently there is a bed bug problem in Scotland at any place you stay that doesn't cost a fortune to book. Staff understood why I checked out early and were not rude at all about it. So kudos to the staff and being polite. I had to pay out of pocket to go elsewhere as I booked through a 3rd party (Expedia). Luckily I have travel insurance I paid for NOT from expedia that will be refunding me my lost money.

Arrived late and luckily there was a staff member just leaving that phoned for us to save us the phone call (we only had a data phone plan). They had left our key in our unlocked room. Took a minute to find it under the coffee cup but then it was all good from there. Loved the street and area. So walkable. Great live music in the pubs.
