The owners have thought of everything one needs for a stay when traveling— including gracious and generous hosts. A stellar stay which is convenient by car to the best of the Highlands. Oh yes— and breakfast is delicious.

We thought this place was so great because of the people that run it. They were so very friendly and helpful in every way. Next time in Scotland, we will definitely make this part of our Holiday, again.

The owners, Sheila and Alan were excellent hosts. We were spoiled in their lovely guesthouse. So many breakfast choices. The setting is quiet and peaceful. The room was large and super clean. They have thought of everything! Large selection of in room teas and coffees, biscuits, hot chocolate, tea cakes. A fridge with water, oranges and Coke. A white noise machine, a smart speaker. It certainly was a beautiful home away from home. Tastefully decorated with beautiful Scottish ceramic table settings. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

This was our favorite overnight stop during our recent trip to Scotland. The location is beautiful, peaceful and quiet and is the perfect place to stay for making day trips to visit all the sights in the Highlands. Our hosts were friendly and made us feel welcome, and our breakfast was perfect -- the best breakfast we had in Scotland. We hope to visit again someday.

A hidden gem in the Highlands

It was a great staying. Everything was clean and pristine. Sheilla and Allan are in every detail and they were really kind and made our staying super confortable. The place is lovely, well decorated and warming. Rooms are equipped with everything you need and more. We would love to go back!

Worth visiting again, and again

This is an excellent B&B to stay, best so far. Sheila and Allan are wonderful hosts. Every little detail is very well thought of, whether it be room, bed, bathroom or breakfast. Breakfast was cooked to order and perfect with fresh fruits. Place is remote, quiet and serene.

Property has large room with comfortable bed in a beautiful remote setting. Sheila and Alan are excellent hosts and they went above and beyond to make us comfortable. I highly recommend for stopover fairly close to Eilean Donan Castle and entry to Isle of Skye.

Sheila & Allan were wonderful hosts. Their hospitality made all the difference for our stay. They went out of their way to accommodate a dietary restriction, provided delicious food, recommendations, and great conversation. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well stocked for our continental breakfast the first morning. We’re looking forward to recommending their B&B to our loved ones and returning ourselves.

We had an excellent stay, although it was for one night, as we ventured towards Loch Ness. Sheila and Allan were very kind and gracious hosts. The B&B was very clean and the beds comfortable. Our breakfast was fantastic! Should I venture towards the highlands again, I will absolutely stay at Binnilidh Mhor, just longer.

The outside appearance is inviting. The inside is charming. Beds are pristine and comfy and the amenities are abundant. Soaps, lotions, and hair products are locally made and eco friendly. Breakfast service and food is excellent.
