Everyone was very nice. However the rooms were not very clean. The towels had blood stain. The sheets had stains. The towels were ripped. Also the rooms were very loud. The beds are very bouncy. The hotel keys also do not stay working. We were told that if the key is near our phone it will deactivate. We made note and specifically did not have the keys near our phone’a they still were deactivated. There are also a lack of outlets and the lighting in the room was horrible. We have to unplug the lights just to charge the phones.

If we ever return to Inverness we would be delighted to return to The Beaufort. The bathrooms were very up-to-date. The staff a delight. Location is super convenient to the city. We especially liked the public rooms on the ground floor.
