「I checked in at 8 pm.Room is dirty with someone’s hair on the desk and room is filled with someone else’s perfume smell. Toilet still have paper in it. The room card’s demagnetize frequently. I have to go to front desk to reactivate again and again. Happened to have my door card deactivated unfortunately around 1am while getting some ice. No one’s at the reception and no staff is around. Waited there till around 3:15am when the reception lady returned from somewhere. Definitely terrible...

「What a horrible experience my sister and I had, the rooms were very dated and dirty. The 1st room we were given was in a totally unacceptable condition. The bed covers were wrinkled both looking as if they’d been laid on, the pullout couch where my little nieces would sleep had dirty spots, bleached out stains no covers were provided for it in the original room nor the room we had to move to which was just doable, though not much better especially the couch. 「Excellent location for where we were going (zoo). We were there two nights Sunday and Monday..it was quiet and comfortable.. Breakfast was very good.」

「I get that operating costs have risen but it seems on a stay of 4 nights there should be some level of room service done. There is not enough drying space for towels nor adequate air flow in the room to fully dry towels. This should be addressed.」
