「I checked in at 8 pm.Room is dirty with someone’s hair on the desk and room is filled with someone else’s perfume smell. Toilet still have paper in it. The room card’s demagnetize frequently. I have to go to front desk to reactivate again and again. Happened to have my door card deactivated unfortunately around 1am while getting some ice. No one’s at the reception and no staff is around. Waited there till around 3:15am when the reception lady returned from somewhere. Definitely terrible...

「Someone entered the room at 8:00 a.m. with a key card. Every hour. When are you leaving」

「Good customer service and good location 」

「Fantastic place to stay within walking distance to downtown Royal Oak. Lovely courteous staff with great advice for local spots to checkout! Nice outdoor gathering spaces and great music inside at the lounge. Pick your own vinyl albums to play at the upstairs bar as well at Vinyl Lounge as well.」
