"I loved my experience at Hilton…..my experience with Expedia is the problem……I will not use it again! Granted it may have been my fault but after booking the wrong weekend and gettin to the hotel 6 hours later to find I made a mistake….one hour later I have to lose my first reservation 2 weeks ahead and pay extra to SWITCH my dates……less than 24 hours…..for a switch 2 weeks difference. The Hilton apologized profusely and was AMAZING!!! Expedia you lost a customer! "

"I reserved a king. When i got there no kings were available so i got stuck with a double. Then the conforter had stains all over it , which i didnt see till the morning. I compained. They switched me to a new room with a king lol. "
