「Everything was spotless and well equipped with all the kitchen necessity, with laundry. Well maintained in the common areas. We go back every year.」

「We arrived at 430pm and room was not ready. Left and came back room still not ready. We finally got checked in at 700pm on a Saturday. Room was fairly clean. Mini fridge good. No microwave just fyi rooms don't come with one. 2 elevators very slow. Air conditioner in room was loud at times like a helicopter. Room we got was right by the elevator and ice machine loud all the time. Water pressure in shower was weak sometimes and would turn cold then back hot. Bed was ok kinda firm. Breakfast was ok...

「Necesitan tener mas limpieza en los cuartos... las sabanas estaban todas sucias y con pelos de humanos ( señal de q no fueron cambiadas al irse los huespedes anteriores)... fuimos al lobby a buscar otro set de sabanas para el sofa cama y me lo dieron igual... sucio y las sabanas casi transparentes de lo viejas q estan y el cover q cubria el matre de sofa cama estaba todo roto. Las cortinas sucias con rastros de comida salpicada. La piscina estaba turbia q parecia q hacia como 1 mes q no la...
