「This was our first time at this hotel and it was absolutely beautiful. The room was very spacious and clean; excellent breakfast with free drinks and snacks in the evening.」

「Our room was open when we got to it. The door would only close with force. I went to the front desk and was told there were no more rooms and maintenance would be called. Maintenance came and said the part for the door has been ordered and there is nothing that can be done. The room has a strong cleaner smell that was not pleasant. Our Netflix did not work on the TV and the front desk said maintenance would come to look at it. Well maintenance never showed up! Won’t be staying there again!!」

「The hotel was under renovation with no notice prior to arrival. Did not see any repairs just...mess. There were roaches in our room. No room service. Water damage to ceiling in bathroom that had been sloppily cut out and patched. AC smelled musty. Desk staff were friendly and helpful and frustrated with the situation.」
