"The staff was amazing! The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable! The famous burger place next door was delicious! The only draw back was the neighborhood... it was a little questionable at best... for that reason I'm Not sure we would return:( "

"We arrived last night for a cardiology appt I have at St.Lukes and this hotel is 4 minutes from there. Pulling my kiddo from school today, meant we had some school work to do, but I forgot her pencils and colors at home. The staff here eagerly found her markers and a pencil behind the desk to support her. It’s the small things that matter the most, and I am thankful that they went out of their way to support this Mama and maintaining normal for my kid as we navigate appts. "

"The Loews Kansas City hotel was immaculate. The check-in process was quick and trouble-free even though we were checking in three hours early. The location is great and very close to the kc street car Kauffman stop, turning the entire downtown area from the City Market to the WWI park and Boulevard Beer into no car needed destinations."

"Great location for concerts in the park walking distance, but definitely not worth 360$ a night. Price may be lower on non concert nights. One vending machine make sure you bring 1$ and quarter's. Very small 2 person elevator. The room was clean, the air conditioner was noisy. The check in was easy and friendly. "
