"Staff are friendly and helpful. Bus stop outside with buses going to most places. Not sure the room make up practise but only replace with towel/water/clear bin. But mostly satisfied with stay. "

"This is a great hotel for surfers. Hajodae has waves right across from El Mar. Jukdo is close. Yangyang area is the better surfing beach area of Korea. This hotel is not for someone looking for Hilton or Hyatt style places. It is minimal but comfortable enough. I would stay here again. "

"The rooms are on the small side, but have everything you need! Super clean, and the staff was friendly too! Would recommend this hotel! There's also a convenience store on the first floor, so that was helpful. I stayed here the night before I needed to go to the airport in the morning, and had no trouble getting a taxi from the hotel to the airport (using kakao taxi). We had to pay peak season pricing, but that's okay. Only complaint is that if you don't have a car, it seems hard to get...

"One night stay on tour of Korea. Enjoyed watching sunrise on the beach and excellent seafood restaurant close by hotel. Had to ask for shower sized towels and there was no coffee/tea to go with kettle in room. Coffee machine in lobby on timer, so not available 24hrs. "

"Love that it was located near the beach, had a nice walk along the coast every evening we were there. The pastel theme of the room is lovely. Room was clean and well equipped as well. Love the common area, there were gaming stations, a vending machine with interesting drinks (free!) and a small supermarket selling snacks, ramyeon and icecream! The staff were super friendly and lovely too. Would come back again to this place if I'm back in Gang Neung."

"The location is great, just 5 minutes walk to Phoenix Ski Resort. The owner and the staff are very nice and kind. They always offered local snacks and other services to us. The apartment is clean and equipped with a kitchen and necessary kitchenware (i.e. rice cooker, microwave, kettle, pans, pots, dishes, spoons, folks etc.). The hospitality at this hotel is 10 out of 10, especially, care and kindness of the staff."

"The hotel is part of the Ramada chain and the name on the building itself is Ramada and not Jeongseon Intoraon Hotel. The GPS system in the car will take you there no issue but save the confusion when you are trying to physically see it. "

"Good location to coffee shops and beach. Two restaurants and a cafe on site. Rooms are modern. Bathroom good size. Car parking under hotel was easy to park and get to rooms. I was at the hotel during a typhoon and the room was secure and safe. My car was safe underground. American style food restaurant open late and has reasonable priced meals until 1130pm. "
