"This hotel is fine for the price you are paying. Friendly service and clean from what I found. Don't expect amenities like a Marriot would give you, but for the price and distance to Javits it is well worth it."

"I've stayed here before; I'm usually glad to come back to the Manhattan Club. BUT, this time the housekeeping staff failed to replenish the coffee, we couldn't get the coffee maker to work on the second day, and the room was freezing cold (69 degrees) our first night; I turned the temp up to 73, but it was 78 degrees in our room when I awoke, totally overheated. Wish we had a better stay."

"Stayed here for one night due to a flight cancellation. The hotel was undergoing renovations so there were parts inside taped off. The front desk staff was very friendly and the room was unique and stylish. The air conditioner worked GREAT and was a blessing on a hot, humid day. The bed/pillows/duvet were soft and comfortable.
