Alton 2 Stars Hotels

This property is very clean, in a great location and appears brand new. I feel what really sets it apart is the exceptional, friendly and hard-working staff. From the front desk, to maintenance to the breakfast attendant, pride in their work is evident. This crew does an amazing job! Also, our room was spacious and nicely appointed. I really cannot endorse this property enough! 10 out of 10 I would return to this great property

Vey Clean area and parking lot well lite with available Parkin spots.

It was fine just a one night stay.

Very clean, staff is awesome and very friendly. We go to the Alton area 1 or 2 times a year and we always stay at this hotel.

The manager was very helpful. I thought that he couldn’t find my second room reservation, but it turned out that when Expedia asked me for the person name for the second room, they actually put that person‘s name on the reservation, even though I was making the reservation and paying for both rooms. So a note – if you’re reserving more than 1 room for traveling companions or family members, put your name on all of the rooms.

Easy convenient to airport

Came in at 10:00 at night the gentleman at the front desk who is a senior at SIUe was very nice and took an interest in my son who is going to school there in the fall.

Friendly staff, 24 hr hot cocoa and tea, great free breakfast, grab and go breakfast for early commuters.

Highly Recommended Hotel . Very Clean hotel , nice location , comfortable bed , nice delicious breakfast plenty of choices , very kind and friendly hotel staff Thanks for our great stay .

Loved that the Hampton and Hilton were connected and we were able to relax without having to leave to find somewhere to eat.

Very nice place to stay, slept good because bed was comfy and it was quiet

My family had an amazing time here. The hotel was very clean and comfortable.

The entry was inviting, the room comfortable and well-planned, and the staff was more like the family that you'd want to have. Simply the nicest hotel I've ever stayed at, and wish the big chains learned from their business model!

Still waiting for the gm to call me back & credit me for a double charge. Watch your cards they like to charge you whenever they want !!!

when we arrived we realized the room we had booked wouldn't work as my mom needed help getting up from the toilet. Staff was very pleasant and helpful, moved us to a handicapped room at the same rate and checked to be sure we were comfortable. The next morning as we were leaving to meet family for Thanksgiving we realized we needed ground coffee for the pot and the hotel graciously gave us a package of theirs to take with us. The rooms were clean, nicely detailed, everything was in good...

We only stayed one night, but the room was clean, the front desk was very friendly, and the beds were comfy. We travelled with a young dog, and the area around the hotel was comfortable enough to walk him even very late at night. The breakfast offerings were wonderful, especially compared to some other hotels we stayed at recently. We were very happy with our choice and would stay again.
