Only waffles and cold cereal for breakfast, toilet wouldnt flush- no maintenance on staff all i got was a plunger...it wasnt clogged. Tv onlybjad 1 viewable channel- all others were audio only, no batteries for remote, phone didnt work. Bed was confortable, room was decently clean, price was decent.

Friendly hosts and close to all the action.

The staff were very friendly. Beautiful smiles and seemed excited to hear about the Anime convention we were attending. There's no maid service so remember to ask for extra towels, trash bags etc. easy to do and graciously given. We plan to stay there again next year.

Hotel is economical in need of refurbish and repair but not bad for the price. Location is great, close to the river and historic downtown district. Staff was friendly and helpful. Close to shopping and Basspro.

The staff was helpful and courteous. The beverage vending machine in the lobby, however, was at 80°F, not a good temperature for storing soda, water and especially juice.

This is a very low budget motel that serves a purpose. The bed was comfortable and the water was hot. Check-in was quick. The location is decent as it’s close to restaurants and stores. That’s where the good stops. The hotel is non-smoking, but the old stench of cigarettes fills the halls and rooms from a previous era. The room was not clean. The light over the sink didn’t work. The bathroom door didn’t have a knob. The sheets and towels need to be thrown away. There’s no window screen. I immediately went to Walgreens (walking distance) for Lysol and sprayed every inch of that room for some peace of mind. If I were staying for more than one drunken night, I couldn’t have stayed there. There was a random pack of “viagara” in the exercise room. By the way, that consists of one treadmill, one bike, and one elliptical which is all better than nothing.

We booked this hotel the night of our stay. Check -in was easy and fast, staff was very nice. Property is outdated, breakfast was poor, coffee machine was broken. Bed sheets stained, AC was working but the room was humid during our stay. Nice area around the hotel, many dinning and shopping options. Overall, it was ok for the price.

Didn’t get room I reserved since they didn’t even look at all instructions such as having a dog. Room was terrible, dirty, broken items. Door don’t even fit properly. Smoke detector removed and not replaced. Not even good food at breakfast, no plug in for toaster

Staff was polite. Bed comfortable and clean bedding. No daily housekeeping. Had to ask for fresh towels and get them from front desk daily. Ask for creamer at breakfast station and he told me to get it from the cabinets storage area myself. First night a man overdosed and dies in the hotel. Night two one man arrested in parking lot three others hiding in and around hotel. Men in a smoking area by front entrance politely let me know they are users and hotel is a cheap option for them and others so they all stay here. As we watch the police look for the three missing men. Hallway carpet dirty and stained needs deep cleaned or replaced elevator floor tiles broken and missing. Ask to leave a key at front desk for my daughter who was arriving late and was told she can just ask for a key. I said I would like to leave her name and they told me no need they would just make her a key. She just needs to tell them my room #. Poor shower head only one stream of water , TV works great as well as cooling unit. Refrigerator worked but froze everything. Ample lighting in the rooms. Room was cheap, paid roughly $75 a night but not worth the worries of the feeling of uneasiness and safety issues.

Its a bit run down. Needs alot of cosmetic repairs. Coffee maker in the dining area was out of order. The floor button in the elevator was broken along with the tiles on the elevator floor. Could be a trip hazard. Toilet in the room wobbled and leaked. Bed was comfortable.

Excellent service, but conditions could be better.

The service was excellent, but the room conditions not so great. There was a definite musty smell, most likely coming from the air conditioner, and the bathroom light was so faint as to hardly cast light at all. The Kleenex box was empty when I arrived and the TV remote batteries all but dead, although staff was quick to replace these when I inquired. At breakfast there was no milk for cereal options and no refrigerator that might have included yogurt options, etc.
