"Location of the hotel was not the best, Beaches, restaurants and shoppes were not close, we had to rent a scooter to move around. Pool area was not very appealing maybe because of the colors. Staff were nice & helpful."

Wow, more than what I was expected.
It is a small hotel in a quiet area, but close to a lot of restaurants walking distance, the hotel itself has a restaurant where they have great food, we ate there every day except once just to try a different place around the area. The pictures don’t do this place justice, it has a great view and a nice pool to relax after a long day of tours, very clean property. The staff were amazing, the customer service they provided it just above and beyond. They...

Very Awesome location, amazing water (no boats or oil rigs, just insanely pretty), wonderful staff (Restu was great!) and the room, restaurant and bar have everything you'd want. The spa was great, and the views from your own private outdoor area is relaxing. There is construction going on right now though between 8:45 ish and 5 PM, and depending on what they're doing that day, it is noticeable from your villa. We had a wedding going on during our stay, but the choice of music, music noise level...

This was perfect for my wife and I to get away from all the distractions of our lives to relax and recharge. Away from the crowds to the north of Bali. Quiet, peaceful Cotteges with little to no noise or sound of traffic or neighbors nearby.
The staff were always mindful and polite, when asking to service the space while we were not around. Access to creature comforts from staff recommendations were great. We are looking forward to going back in the future.
