「Firstly, upon arrival, there were no staff present to complete our check-in. We were left waiting to be addressed for 10 mins. In addition, we noticed a sign stating that there would be construction between 9am-5pm; it stated that the construction had no relation to Makara Villas. We came to find, it was in fact, the villa across from ours in the complex. This was unbeknownst to us as there was no mention of construction prior to making our booking. Next, we were guided to our Villa by Putra....

「The staff were intrusive and didn’t respect privacy, asking too many unnecessary questions about personal belongings. The room was not clean, which made the stay uncomfortable. On top of that, the facilities felt outdated and poorly maintained. Overall, not a pleasant experience.」

「The pool was enjoyable with a beautiful view. Our pool chair was covered the whole time we were at the hotel. We weren’t able to open the umbrella at all. When checking in they said they will come and open the umbrella for the sun and the pool chair cover at 0700am but never happened. The staff were really friendly. An issue we had was that we got a message saying our stay will have breakfast included, but when checking in they said no that message we received from Expedia was wrong. Which is...

「Le carrelage de la piscine au fond est complètement éclaté et les carreaux casses sont toujours dedans , la chambre mériterait un coup de jeune et la salle de bain aussi. Pour le ménage peut mieux faire. Par contre le personnel très souriant et très sympathique. L'hôtel est bien placé proche commerces, plage, et restaurants」
