"My wife and I arrived at about 3.30pm to check in. There was no concierge to greet their guests and assist with their luggage. There was no one there to greet guests offering welcome drinks, towels etc. we found our way to another room where there was 2 bottles of water sitting in a bucket of melted ..."

"This place is an oasis in Uluwatu. Yuli is a wonderful host. Our room was perfect for our needs and we loved the pool. The Alma Tapas restaurant below the accommodation served delicious meals and offers a discount to guests at Two Palms. Highly recommend this as home base for exploring Uluwatu!"

"Staff was very helpful. In the middle of Uluwatu, A bit hard for ride share drivers to find. Grounds are very nice. Upholstery needs deep cleaning secondary to stains. In the area for a wedding, would recommend other areas of Bali if you want a cleaner (so much TRASH) experience."
