「Acoya resort looks very well maintained, big diversity of plants, trees and flowers, great atmosphere. Nice swimming pool, lots of space to sit around it, big pond with birds. Breakfast was with everything you could wish for, all fresh and on the right temperature. Tables are inside and outside. 「The staff were, friendly and accommodating, check-in was super smooth, they had bell service and walked us to our room and explained everything thoroughly. Our Tv remote was working when we got there and they kept us updated on the status and it was resolved within the day. 「Loved this boutique hotel! Perfect location and equal easy walking access to Otrobanda, Punda and Pietermaai. Loved the pool to cool off in the evenings and the staff are very helpful and kind. Air conditioning worked very well, excellent water pressure for ladies with long hair. Rooms are clean and the hotel is period perfect. Can’t wait to go back」

「This hotel definitely looks posher on pictures but again now a days any one with a kilo of makeup becomes an influencer :-) The room that I got was like a beach hut. The furniture was old but functional, the air con very very old and it never made the room cold. The staff were never there and the evening man was not an approachable person.」
