Our Tv remote was working when we got there and they kept us updated on the status and it was resolved within the day. 「Loved this boutique hotel! Perfect location and equal easy walking access to Otrobanda, Punda and Pietermaai. Loved the pool to cool off in the evenings and the staff are very helpful and kind. Air conditioning worked very well, excellent water pressure for ladies with long hair. Rooms are clean and the hotel is period perfect. Can’t wait to go back」

「This hotel definitely looks posher on pictures but again now a days any one with a kilo of makeup becomes an influencer :-) The room that I got was like a beach hut. The furniture was old but functional, the air con very very old and it never made the room cold. The staff were never there and the evening man was not an approachable person.」

「Rooms serviced daily was nice. Beach ocean entrance to small manmade cove. Snorkeling good if waters smooth enough. Snorkle to the right for best results. Scuba has a deep wall drop about 100 meters out. Plenty of free loungers but no "real" beach. 」
