"The property itself is beautiful and relaxing, however the check in was painful, No smiles, Very negative and not welcoming at all. They asked for a credit card besides the one we use as debit and credit, and we did not have an extra one, but it was the approach and the negative way the check in host was. She had the audacity to ask if we knew someone who had another credit card; how??? We are happy to land and show up to a beautiful place just to be in the air if we would be able to get a room or not, we had to wait 4 hours to finally get a room and paying a higher deposit than usual to be able to get a room after the room was already paid for during reservation, they were quick to charge the balance at check in, but we were still in the air waiting for a manager to approve if we should get a room
Or not!!!!! For someone who works in customer service, I’d get fired if I was that negative towards our clients; instead of offering a fast solution, they kept us waiting and of course that was not okay for a place like this…. CHECK IN STAFF needs to be trained at providing better customer service and please have them smile more, does not hurt at all to be courteous and finding fast solutions instead of giving someone a headache upon arrival!!!! We also asked for a simple water bottle, and they said they didn’t have any:.. wow!!!
They cleaned our room twice and never swept, never took the food trash out, they would only make the bed and replaced dirty towels!!!
