24 hours family mart is not next to this hotel, however, walking there from hotel is just about 5-10 mins.
if u prefer some restaurant /fast food choices near by, you can walk to TFT building which also nearby within 5-10 mins walking time.
Location is not perfect, but quite near the station (東京ビッグサイト）
If you have an event nearby, this is a good choice for a good stay.」
