For my first Japan trip, I gotta say this is a perfect way to start, the staff were super friendly, very welcoming and helpful. It’s also right next to haneda airport which makes things easier. They have everything nearby from stores and restaurants which is super helpful if you’re a traveler. I have nothing negative to say, this hotel is perfect !

Good area, close to ginza and convenient stores nearby and walking distance.. about 5-7 minute walk to train stations. The only con were the beds and futons which were very uncomfortable and seemed outdated. The staff were very friendly and attentive.
