This business hotel is my go to when I want to stay in the Minamisuna area. Close to station and the Aeon mall. This is maybe my 3rd or 4th time staying here and it has always been quiet and clean. I would stay again.

We stayed a total of 3 nights for our first stay in Japan. Very welcoming staff and very nice place. It’s a little hidden and difficult to find at very but that’s the least you can say about this beautiful hotel.

We enjoyed our time at the L Stay and Grow Hotel. The staff were super friendly and really helpful, which made the language challenge easier. Thank goodness for Google translate! The buffet was amazing, with tasty Japanese dishes plus a decent American continental breakfast to start the day. Located in a chill, local neighborhood, the hotel was peaceful and quiet, a perfect escape from the usual tourist crowds and noise. We totally appreciated our stay here! Oh I almost forgot, the free shuttle to Disneyland Tokyo was super convenient—just remember it’s first come, first served. Just ask the front desk if there are any spots left and remember to be polite.

L Stay & Grow was a perfect first stop for us on our Japan adventures. A 10 minute stroll or 7 minute brisk walk from the nearest metro station, we were able to access everything we needed with ease. It was nice not being in Tokyo’s CBD for a while, and being able to have a break from the hustle and bustle every night whilst remaining close enough to do everything we wanted. The local Aeon Mall is great for essentials, pharmacy, groceries and anything else you could possibly need. The staff at L Stay and Grow were incredibly lovely and helped us book a Yamato transfer to our next accomodation, greeted us cheerily every day, and when we removed our “Do Not Disturb” sign cleaned the room immaculately. We had a wonderful time with them!

The room is clean and great. However, refrigerator doesn’t have enough power. That is weak cooler. It cannot hold cold items. It is also impossible to change the air conditioning mode. It often too hot when the building is in the warm mode. They have great restaurant. They can provide breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The hotel is nice and clean. The staff are warm and helpful. It is close to train station, they have a restaurant which offers affordable but delicious food. A good hotel for a good price at the Koto area.

Fantastic value and the cleaniness and in-room amenities are on par with hotels 3-5x the price in most central areas. The location may look a bit out of the way on the map but the proximity to metro station is super convenient. It's a 5 minute walk to the near train station and another 15 min ride you are Nihonbashi basically. There's a mega mall Sunamo just minutes walk from the hotel with a wide range of shopping options & eateries including a food court with >10 stalls. The hotel staff don't speak English but are willing to communicate through translation. The lobby area outside the main lifts has a seat area and there are these L-shaped metal bars by the window with quite sharp corners. Young children may be at risk of hitting their heads. My son came pretty close to hitting his head.

Anytime I visit Tokyo, I try and stay at this hotel. It is about a 25 minute train ride from Tokyo (Otemachi) station and then about a 5 minute walk to the hotel. From the station to the hotel, the walk is through a residential area, so it's quiet and feels safe to walk through, even at night. The facility is clean and provides you with all the essentials. They provide set breakfast meals (for an additional cost) that is totally worth it! You won't leave hungry! The hotel itself is nice, the location is good too, but the thing that keeps me coming back is the hospitality! They are so welcoming AND accommodating! I took a trip in December and then came back in March and the manager remembered me! They made me feel like I was a friend that was coming back to visit haha:) I also had some changes in my itinerary and they did whatever they could help me. I will never forget their kindness. When you think of people going above and beyond, I think about this place. As a solo traveler, safety is key, and the way they treated me, I felt very taken care of. If you want to experience good hospitality, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, I recommend staying at L Stay and Grow Minami Sunamachi. Hope to be back soon!
