「Perfect central location next to Tokyo station. Hotel was modern and very clean. The rooms were a little small but that is what is expected of Tokyo.」

「This stay was, as always, extremely comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly, courteous, and welcoming. The breakfast was just as delicious as ever. The next time I visit Tokyo, I will definitely stay here again.」

「Good location, easy access to public transportation, good restaurants and nice staff」

「Fast to travel to Narita」

「24/7 self check-in was super convenient for red eye flight travellers. Spacious room, comfortable bed, helpful and polite staff. Breakfast buffet has various side dishes but limited options for main dishes. Yet, still tasty. A wise choice for airport stay.」

「The lavatory and shower room is separated. We cannot put dirty and clean clothes inside the shower room and it is very inconvenient. It is better to change the shower room to bathtub and combine with the closet as on room.. The laundry service is good with 3 machines. The JR station nearby is not convenient for large luggage. There is only stairs for going up and down.」

「Traditional Japanese hotel, close to Diver city and Aqua city. Excellence shopping experience.」
