「Great hotel with spacious room (in downtown standard). The double bed is in extra large size. Love it. Only downside is that there are not many dining options around the area.」

「Very convenient and quiet environment! Staff are nice and helpful! Spacious room and I have a good sleep as the bed is very good for my backache!」

「The lavatory and shower room is separated. We cannot put dirty and clean clothes inside the shower room and it is very inconvenient. It is better to change the shower room to bathtub and combine with the closet as on room.. The laundry service is good with 3 machines. The JR station nearby is not convenient for large luggage. There is only stairs for going up and down.」

Half of the room was very hot while the other half of the room was very cold. My girls were sweating while they were sleeping because there was no air conditioning...
