「The location is great. Just few minutes walk from Ueno Station. There are many restaurants and shops nearby. Room is very tidy and spacious. Staff are very nice and helpful. 」

「A perfect spot for a small family of 3. We enjoyed the balcony, the ability to do laundry, air con (a necessity when it’s 100 degrees and humid in the summer!!) and have space to hang out after a busy day being tourists. The location is great, located on the red M line that connects to Tokyo Station in a few stops. We chose it for its location and it worked out very well. Check in was easy, communication was easy. It was a great spot. Would highly recommend. 」

「The place is clean with tiny shower. I hate the check-in process and the time (10am out, 3pm in which is cheating). I like the surrounding area with many restaurants. It's not English's friendly area, btw. The area is clean. I did not see any roach after 3 days when 1 sneaked under the broken door seal (I killed it so it's safe now:)」

「We had a great stay at Lana. The area is close by subway station, 7-eleven (2 min walk) and very quiet location tucked in a residential area. It’s definitely a better alternative to staying at big chain hotels in city center. The place is also spacious and has a kitchenette and laundry which is very much an added bonus. 」

「Unit was not very clean, dusty areas. Garbage bin in the laundry room was packed full upon check-in. Otherwise, new property was good.」

「ホテルというより家に帰ってきたかのようですごくゆったりできました。部屋もおしゃれで可愛かったです。食器とかも揃ってて良かったです。」

「今回、大人2名子供3名で2泊宿泊しました。みんな女性だったので、シャワールーム２トイレ２ありベッドルームも大人と子供達で分けられ、快適に過ごすことが出来ました。部屋もキッチン周りも綺麗でした。場所も住宅街でしたが近くにコンビニもあり、何より低価格で泊まれた事に大満足でした。自宅にいるような、居心地でした。駅から１０分くらい歩きましたが、東京に行った時には、また是非利用したいとおもいました。管理の方も大変感じの良い対応でした。」

「esta propiedad esta en un area muy tranquila! buen vecindario, cerca de metro,aunque para llegar a el metro primero tienes que enfrentar una subida que tienes que considerar si llevas eqipaje grande. el departamento esta amplio, escaleras angostas como todas ahi en japon!」

「Customer service is zero. I never got entry code in time. Very hard to get location on google. Property did not provide the exact location chart. Ir is extremely hard to get in touch with the property owner. 」

「環境舒適、整潔、交通方便、性價比高！由於工作關係會經常來上野、秋葉原這一區，043這間旅館已多次入住。因為這個價格確實比同區價錢相若的房間大而且交通非常便利！步行5分鐘內路程已有非常之多食肆選擇！周邊都是便利店非常方便！下次再來這一區，會再次預約入住！」

「Scale ripide e strette, comunicazione assolutamente difficile, poco cordiali e per niente disponibili. Prima notte abbiamo dormito al freddo poiché non c’erano indicazioni su come scaldare la stanza e l’isolamento termico è inesistenze. Posizione non utile, non c’è nulla attorno. Lontana dalla metro. informazioni sul check-in date all’ultimo minuto. Cacciati dalla stanza alle 10:01. Assolutamente orribile. 」

「Hotel was very hard to find. The cab driver circled for about 10 mins before finding it. Check in directions were unclear. Thankfully we had someone who spoke japanese willing to call the hotel and translate 」

Check-in Arrangements

"I needed to attend an exhibition, so I arrived one day in advance and stayed in the same hotel. Before arriving in Japan, I had inquired with the hotel front desk whether I could stay in the same hotel without checking out because I needed to attend the exhibition. I had to check out, but when I checked in, the front desk confirmed that I didn't need to check out the next day until the exhibition was over. In addition, the room was clean and large suitcases could be opened easily. It is worth staying here."

"員工服務態度非常好，房間打掃也很認真乾淨，整題來說都很好，地點離錦系町站很近，附近百貨商場林立，還有life超市，逛街、購物、吃飯都很方便，也有利木津巴士到機場非常方便，已是第二次入住"

Convenient hotel

"Room is clean and small as expected in most low cost hotels in japan, but overall it's good. There is an underground tunnel that connects JR Shinjuku Station that takes 10 minutes walk. Inside the hotel there is Family Mart and Lawson, nearby there is 7-11."
