Great Stay. Excellent location. Didn't appreciate having charged extra for 30 mins extra for a 10AM checkout time! Almost all hotels extend late checkout especially for long stay guests. Japan, wake up : )

Clean room and easy (via Line app) to reach out to staff for assistance. In room Laundry and small appliances (microwave, small toaster, fridge) are very convenient for family to stay. The AC is not powerful enough if you are staying during hot days.

Loved it. Traveled here with my family and we loved the neighborhood. Very quiet and peaceful. 7/11 and family mart two blocks away. Very reasonable walk to train stations. The price was great.

Very nice room in a nice building in a great location, staff friendly and nice, beds comfy, good ac, bathroom, kitchen. Only complaints: we were there for 10 nights and on third day we came home and there was a strong odor in the room, reeked of rotten seafood. We did not have seafood in the room. The next two days the door to the room next to ours, which was unoccupied, was left open 24/7 so someone must have left seafood in there when they checked out or something, it rotted and stink up that room and ours. There is no smoking area, which I do not know if that is typical for Tokyo or not, but there easily could have been a smoking station behind the building. Would stay again.

Very nice apartment style hotel with plenty of room in the family suite we booked. Convenient location for the bustle of Ueno and Akihabara electric town etc but relatively quiet. Very simple check in and out. Not a lot of contact with staff, for stays less than 5nights there is no room service. Would definitely stay here again

Room was nice. Laundry very convenient. Location was good, not too far from transit. I prefer a person on-site rather than virtual checkin. Coffee in the room would have been nice. I thought we were getting a queen bed rather than twin beds. However, I’d stay there again, thanks !

Room was very spacious. Washer and Dryer was very convenient along with refrigerator, microwave, stove and cooking utensils. Quiet neighborhood. Very good if you plan to stay in Akihabara for a couple of days.

Pros: This accommodation was well suited for our family of four with two teenagers, which is not easy to find in Tokyo. The unit offered enough space for everyone to stay comfortably. Cons: Unfortunately, our check-in experience was not pleasant. A staff member insisted on handling my personal phone to complete the self-check-in process. I was uncomfortable with this and chose to complete the process myself. The interaction felt unprofessional and unwelcoming. The air conditioner was also extremely loud, which made it difficult to sleep. In addition, the carpet in the unit did not appear to be clean and had an unpleasant odor. Overall, while the size of the accommodation was a major advantage for families, the cleanliness and check-in experience left room for improvement.

The location is great. A slight walk to the train station, but kids didn't mind even after a long day because there are stores and food along the way. Safe and cozy neighborhood away for all the hustle. I like that the room is spacious, there's a kitchen and fridge. I didn't mind that there wasn't room service daily nor was there staff available at all times. Would recommend this location. Next time I come back I would look for a Minn property

We really enjoyed our stay. The property packs a punch for a family - cooking facilities, fridge-freezer, washing machine…perfect for a family staying for a week. We also enjoyed walking to and from Akihabara station and eating locally. Very happy to recommend this property.
