"We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The bus we used from Haneda airport dropped us off just in front of the hotel ( the hotel is large/ popular enough to have its own stop.
The hotel staff were amazingly attentive and helpful.
The rooms were nicely appointed with a tremendous view of Tokyo (we had a 23 rd floor room). Everything was clean and the rooms were of good size but I would not say large.
The hotel has multiple shops and restaurants included. The lunch buffet on the first floor was outstanding and reasonably priced.
The hotel felt a bit dated but it did not distract us from have an outstanding experience! Great hotel."
