"I stayed at Haya during a 3 night stay to visit family. It is more economic than staying downtown (about $100 cheaper a night). The food and drinks were delish, complimentary coffee, and the staff very friendly. My room was clean and spacious and the balcony was a plus! The pool area was clean and relaxing. They even had floats for the kids. They were able to accommodate a later check out even though they were pretty busy. Ybor is such a cute area with a lot of potential, it’s a shame that the majority of it is vacant. I would stay downtown if you’re looking for more of an inner-city experience. "

"Staff is professional and friendly. Checkin was quick and easy. Courtyard area with pool is definitely a tropical oasis in the middle of a busy area near Busch Gardens. We were here for only one night and I wish we could have stayed longer! We will definitely stay here again!"

"The room was very open and comfortable. The parking lot was easy to navigate and the staff was incredible! Tina at the front desk especially was so friendly and a huge help. We had to book at the last minute due to the hotel we had original booked making an error to our reservation. Tina was sympathetic and understanding after the bad experience elsewhere. She left us with a smile and made the night better with her kindness!"
