This place was great! Tucked into a nice and very QUIET golf community. Safe area and the resort had a spacious 2 bedroom condo with balcony. Keep in mind they don’t allow smoking on your balcony, which was fine for us, but may be a problem for others. We enjoyed our stay!

Let me start this review by saying I liked the overall experience and have no complaints about the staff or property. Here are some things I liked about the hotel: - Beautiful common areas that gave me an old time hotel feel. - Condo was roomy and had a full kitchen with dishes and utensils. Condo had a washer/dryer in the unit. - Hotel and Condo had a very clean and fresh scent. - Hotel and condo were both visibly clean. I couldn't give this review 5 stars because I expected better quality in the resort condo finishes for the price point. Here are a few things I noticed in the condo: - Dining room table had some kind of dried glue or nail polish stuck to the surface in several places. - Visible holes in the wall behind the television where it appears a wall plate was moved. A little spackling and touchup paint would go a long way here. - Furniture was scratched or marred, making it look old. - CFL bulbs in some lamps, incandescent and LED bulbs in others. At this price point, I expect attention to detail and flawless appearance.

Great but too noisy on a weekend between 12 and 3.

Really nice little resort with great condos. The condo was clean and well laid out. Crockery and pots and pans a bit sparse but that was the only negative about the property itself. The resort has a great pool for speed swimming but no real leisure pool. It has great seating and a nice pool bar/snack bar but if you're not a club member you can't order from it.. which kind of defeats the object if your'e staying as a hotel guest. The check in desk was fantastic and the staff great. The only bad experience was the pool area on a saturday and sunday from 12pm to 3pm. They have a DJ who thinks he's in a nightclub. He plays the music so loud there is no escape even in your condo. It was like having a DJ in our lounge and bedroom. Outside it was unbearable and even with ear pods in and your own music fully ramped up to the max you could hear his music over it. He was clearly enjoying it as I was getting anxiety watching him dancing to his 'vibe' for a full 3 hours. I wouldn't stay again purely for this reason which is a shame cos it was a fabulous place.

We stayed here for a few days and it was great! the condo was clean & quiet. Nice size pool and the splash pad for the kids was a plus. It was a good distance from Clearwater and St. Petersburg. Less than an hour drive. And a-lot of amenities around the property.

Wonderul comfortable Stay

We loved our stay so much we booked three follow-ups for our next medical treatment trips later this year. The beds were form and yet soft and comfortable at the same time. I actually slept well, which I don't usually in hotels. It was spotless and nicely decorated with updated materials. I see why some people live there. Looking forward to the next stay.

As advertised, the unit and property were in perfect condition. We booked through Expedia and wanted to extend. The manager, David, was available in the evening and quickly responded and extended us. Great getaway, compared to any hotel you won’t find better.

This place was disgusting! We had to kill multiple bugs, one of which was about 4 inches long that came out of nowhere. We left immediately!

The apartment is well kept. I asked for a king size bed but they put two twin mattress together to make it king so the partition in the middle of the two mattresses bothered making it difficult for two people to sleep comfortably.

On check in the manager was awesome. We had to be in the area to visit the cancer center so emotions ran high. The manager David allowed us to check in early. He was helpful kind and just was effortless in his actions. Thank you for going that little bit extra it truly helped are day more than you no. We will return for repeat appointments

A hidden jewel

We booked 3 condos for a family trip. Before we even reached the property , i had the most amazing customer service on the phone with the GM, David. He was so helpful arranging our condos and making sure we had everything we needed before our arrival. The property is wonderful. Beautifully maintained, great space and nice quiet location, but yet, just a around the corner from Dale Mabry, where you can find any type of eatery you could wish for. Dean, David's assistant, who is there 24 hrs a day, was very friendly and helpful on guving us tips on the area and places to eat. This complex is located on premises of Carrolwood Country Club. As a guest of the resort, you can have drinks or eat at the country club, which we did for drinks one afternoon and lunch the next, and it was fabulous. I can't say enough about this place. Top notch customer service and a lovely place to stay. I can't express how highly I recommend this property. 10/10
