Very clean, except we did have a cockroach once. Love the long cabin decor. Unfortunately, the front desk is only open 9 to 4 so if you need anything after hours, there is no one.

Excellent cabin, clean and comfortable. Wish the check in process could be smoother (I did not receive the access code until 2 hrs before my check in. So I had to call expedia for help, apparently it had been emailed to me, but the email address was an expedia email, not my personal email, so I never received the email. Eventually it was texted to me which solved the issue)

The only issue i had was the cabin number provided by the agent text was DQ-25C but the DQ and the C was not on the cabins. After passing every cabin in the place i went to cabin 25. Minor annoyance but after a 5hr drive and 6 hours at bush gardens it was still an annoyance. Other than that everything was perfect

We loved it. Cabin is nice and new. It was quiet. The only negatives were the wi-fi. The wifi signal was bad. It drops on and off repeatedly. And did for everyone staying. Bad. So we just switched to our data on our cells. And the pool being closed down. We mainly wanted a pool for our trip. I called and verified it was open and running and they said yes. I called again the day before we left, they said yes. Called the morning of. They said yes. When we got there it had leaves at bottom and u could see it had been closed for awhile, then our neighbor Told us it was closed when they got there days earlier. So not cool to lie about the pool being open. If it wasn’t for that. I would do 5 stars. we would definitely stay again. If… pool was open. We like to swim. I didn’t use clubhouse so can’t speak on those. Did use washer and dryer. They were great. Overall it’s a nice place and was a great stay.

Cabin is cute. Gives you a camping vibe with a hotel feel. Only disappointment during our 3 days stay was the pool was closed! Not acceptable during the peak of summer.

The cabin was great! The pool was closed during our entire stay, wish they had told us that in advance. Staff was very friendly. Will come back again.

First we couldn't get in went to front desk waited said it was fixed, went back took over half hour in the pouring rain, then switched to a new cabin that the water smelled so bad, let them know, they said they would switch to new cabin, but one wasn't available, asked if we could go back to the original took all day for them to get back with me to only tell me it was already rented. Used the showers by pool 3 shower, one didn't work, one had no shower head and the only one working was cold and the floor was disgusting. Pool was closed and the dog park wasn't anything but open field.

Rented 2 cabins for 8 people. 3 towels in each bathroom. If you have more then 3 in a room, bring more. The pullout couch comes with no bedding or mattress cover. Bring your own. The water in the shower would go from hot to super cold with a long period in between before it got hot again. Pressure was nice. Space to cook was very limited, but everything you need to cook and serve food was all there. Even extras like a bottle opener that came in handy. Security guard was no help at all with answering any questions. The office staff was amazing and helped us with my 10 year old and his splinter. The pool was closed the entire weekend we were there, so check ahead before going. We did not. I got a text with the room number and a map. I didn't realize I had the text at first, so I call the help number, she was very sweet and extremely helpful. Would have easily been a 5 star of not for the security guard, pool closure, and the cabin not really being set-up without bringing extra towels or bedding. If we were a smaller group and were more familiar with the area and not needing the security guards help, absolutely 5 stars.

Beautiful cabins. New and pictures did not disappoint. Stayed on many hotels and very disappointing . Front desk ladies was very helpful with any issues we had and was resolved quickly. Would definitely stay again.

Had nice and relaxing weekend, no issues checking in or out. The cabin was clean and it was surprisingly quiet for a RV park/campground. Will definitely be back. Do yourself a favor and check them out.
