「We booked a one BR Apartment for a family of 4 including 2 kids (5 yo).
The apartment and the bathroom was spacious and fully equipped. The sofa bed in the living room converted to a pull out bed (unfortunately it is the most uncomfortable bed for 2).
The location of the hotel is excellent, with 2 minutes walk to the famous Arbat Street.
There are plenty of supermarkets around, with a huge Magnum store just across the road in Lumier building. 」
「The receptionists are nice and helpful. Room is clean and tidy. I have a comfortable stay here. It closes to bus station but takes 15-20mins walk to train station. I would recommend it to others.」

There is a nice park across the street and it’s a short walk to many great sights. 」

「The hotel facilities were clean and the beds were comfortable. I used room 901, and the TV and single sofa were placed far apart. The iPad was not mirrored on the smart TV. Other than that, I was satisfied and would use it again.」
「Excellent customer service!! Everyone at the hotel are super helpful and supportive. My mom stayed at the hotel for 8 nights, she needed assistance with ordering transportation, bringing her breakfast to the table, opening doors. She has a broken leg and is forced to use a walker. Every person at the hotel helped her with a smile. Beautiful people! Thank you!
I would also like to mention the ease of booking and paying for the hotel. A lot of hotels in the area would not accept remote payments...
「Ich habe kürzlich ein paar Tage in diesem Hotel verbracht und bin absolut begeistert. Schon beim Check-in wurde ich herzlich empfangen, das Personal war überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Mein Zimmer war sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet.
Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt. Ich komme definitiv wieder und kann das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!」
