The room is great, very clean. The bed is very comfortable. The room has a TV, kettle, refrigerator. I really liked the shower, hot water, very comfortable. The staff is polite and very helpful.

The staff is very kind and welcoming. The room is nice and clean, everything works perfectly. Smart Tv with YouTube is great. It's very warm here. The bed is comfortable.

It is close to the Almaty 2 train station just 10 min walk. There is a supermarket close by and lots of restaurants options. It’s also close to the walking district Arbat. A few of the staff don’t speak English but we were able to communicate using google translate. They are helpful. I had a room with bathroom, its clean and the bed is comfortable. It’s like guesthouse style, it’s very good value for the price.

Very good location, close to bus stop to airport, to train station and city centre. The hotel is in a neighborhood, the room is very clean, good value for money.The staff is very helpful, I had the room in the morning when arrived. Good choice for short stay.

Room was small, walls and door thin so you will hear everything. In general, good value for money, but expect basic type of accommodation. It is located inside the block so taxis and navigator apps may not find it easy. When we stayed it was quiet but you could hear all noises through the building. Good option if you need short and cheap stay.

Great stay

Nice hotel, very friendly ladies at the reception. They can help with everything you'd need to know about Almaty. The room was very clean, WiFi worked fine. The location is good, too. The city centre is within the walking distance. Sairan Bus Station is easily reachable either by bus or subway. Also, it's very easy to get to the starting point for the day tours (for example, to the Charyn Canyon) which is near the Baikonur subway station. There are very friendly ladies at the reception.

Honest evaluation

1.They do not have a hair dryer and electric kettle. At hotel reservation app, they posted they have those. 2.Restroom and shower in the room is small. If the guests are large, they can be stuck between shower and toilet bowl. 3.Restroom and shower is clean but beddings are so-so. 4.Furnitures are broken and very uncomfortable. I do not know why they put them there. 5.There's no air-conditioner in the room and in the shower/toilet. You might have to open the toilet door to make it dry.

Гостиница тихая в отличномрайоне Алматы. Номера. правда, маленькие. Но зато цена скромная. Постекль чистая. в прачечной. правда, белье ваше не погладят, только постирают. Нам испортили чем-то во время стирки детские белые брюки.
