"The food at every restaurant was excellent. Could have done without the pressure of the insistence to attend a 90 minute time share appointment from the time we checked in throughout our stay when we clearly stated no from our arrival. There is no beach area all seaweed that was disappointing. Joselyn our waitress at the activity pool was the best and thoughtful made my birthday special!"

"Had an amazing time here! All the restaurants were close by and it wasn’t difficult to get seating at most places. The food was delicious and all the staff was very helpful! This is definitely a more relaxed and peaceful resort. Not too much noise but after midnight is quiet hours so it was bit disappointing but understandable. Overall had an amazing time and would recommend for anyone wanting to visit Cancun for their first time!"

"The staff was friendly and helpful the amenities were fine . What I did not liked was the lack of information when checking in and the fact that a water treatment plant is directly across the street from the hotel and lack of effort to remove the excess sea weed. I would not mind but with the high humidity the fumes make there way to the upper levels and rooms that are in the front of the hotel"
