"Our family's stay at Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, every member of the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. We would especially like to recognize José Coleaza from the Viña del Mar Buffet. His kindness, professionalism, and genuine warmth made every breakfast a wonderful experience. He consistently went above and beyond to make sure my wife, our young son, and I felt comfortable and well taken care of. His exceptional service reflects the very best of this beautiful resort. Everyone we encountered throughout the hotel was amazing. The level of hospitality, attention to detail, and friendly attitude from the entire team exceeded our expectations. It is clear that every employee takes great pride in creating memorable experiences for their guests. My wife and son absolutely adored every moment of our week at this incredible resort. We created beautiful family memories that we will cherish forever, and we are already looking forward to returning. Thank you to the entire Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach team for making our vacation so special. "Our stay at Atelier Playa Mujeres exceeded our expectations and was exactly what we needed. After experiencing recent family losses, we were looking for a peaceful place to relax, recharge, and reconnect, and Atelier delivered that in every way. The resort is absolutely beautiful. The modern design, immaculate grounds, and attention to detail create an atmosphere that feels both luxurious and calming. Every area of the property was well maintained, and the staff consistently greeted us with genuine warmth and hospitality. The food was one of the highlights of our trip. We enjoyed a variety of restaurants, and each meal was beautifully presented and full of flavor. The drinks were equally impressive, and there was never a shortage of quality dining options throughout our stay. "The Vine was an absolutely amazing hotel. Me and my best friend went for our 40th birthdays and it was perfect. It was a 10/10 on all categories; food, pools, service, rooms, spa, gym… overall vibe.
