「交通便利，樓下便是金鐘地鐵站，離灣仔步行也不遠。住房品質很好，因爲連住4晚，櫃檯人員幫我們家庭房升等，自助早餐加購也很優惠，只是連續4天享用早餐菜色變化不大，房務人員打掃很乾淨，缺點則是沒有自助洗衣機，對連續住房客人較爲不便，以後有機會還是會入住。」

「Check in and out were smooth and staff was helpful and nice. There are smart and well-thought designs throughout the hotel. Room is very chic annd modern, with super comfortable bedding and bath robe. The bathroom is great except the shower drain was a bit slow that water accumulated. I love their choice of Le Labo too.」
